Second round of lockdowns?

Don’t sweat it (or do!). Here are 5 home workout tips for you:

1. No equipment? No problem!

Use what you got – try weights such as bags filled with books or 10L water bottles. Alternatively, body weight exercises work great too!

2. Get a full workout!

Warm up, cardio, strength, flexibility & cool down. You’ll shed and shred faster with a holistic workout.

3. Don’t go big and burn out.

Start small and build towards a realistic goal. Consistency is key.

4. 20 mins, no distractions!

Make the most of it. No phones!

5. Get buddies.

Make it fun and hold each other accountable towards your goals.
